Tammy Really is a 7.2! Are You?
We first met Tammy when she wrote a blog post about Coromega on her autism blog, Autism Learning Felt. When she showed interest in participating in the 90 Day Challenge back in December, we happily sent her a 90 day supply of Coromega and waited to hear back about her results. Tammy received an initial score of 4.3, meaning 4.3 percent of the fatty acids in her blood were omega-3s, which is average for most Americans but considered deficient.
The Coromega 90-Day Challenge tests omega-3 blood levels before and after taking a Coromega Omega3 Squeeze pouch every day for 90 days. Optimal levels are above 8 to 9 percent, good levels are between 6 to 8 percent and those below 6 percent are considered omega-3 deficient. Most Americans have around a 4 percent omega-3 score.
We’re thrilled to report that after taking Coromega Squeezes for 90 days, Tammy raised her low 4.3 omega-3 score by almost three full percentage points to a 7.2! We love it!
Tammy recently blogged about the importance of taking omega-3 supplements, specifically Coromega:
“If you have been thinking of taking an Omega 3 supplement but haven’t started yet, DO IT!!! It will make a difference in your health. I am definitely recommending Coromega supplements, as I have the results to say it worked for me. They taste great and are easier to take than a pill (in my opinion), so don’t put it off any longer – get healthy with an Omega 3 Supplement.”
Congratulations, Tammy! We’re so happy that you committed to improving your overall health and omega-3 levels, and were so successful!

The benefits of omega-3 are varied and well-documented. Brain function, heart heath, and skin, hair and eye care are all benefits associated with high levels of omega-3s.*
