Coromega Smoothie Contest Winners & Delicious Recipe Ideas

One of our favorite things to hear from fans is the creative ways they take Coromega. That’s one of the great things about our Squeezes—they’re so versatile that you can take your daily omega-3s in a variety of fun ways! A popular way to take Coromega Squeezes, besides squeezing the contents into your mouth, is mixing the Squeezes into a yummy smoothie!

We enjoy collecting unique smoothie recipes, and we asked our Facebook community to share their best Coromega smoothie concoctions with us! We offered a free month-supply of Squeezes for the three best recipes. Read on for their amazing smoothie recipes and be inspired for new ways to take your Coromega!

AshleyBeth Chaney Voyles

  • Mix:
    • ½ cup of coconut milk
    • One ripe banana
    • A little bit of Hershey’s syrup
    • Squeeze in a packet of Coromega
    • Top with a cherry!

Myrian Mmdd

  • Mix:
    • 1 mango
    • Orange juice
    • Raspberry mix
    • Vanilla yogurt
    • Small squeeze of honey
    • Milk
    • (Can also add flax seeds)
    • Squeeze in a packet of Coromega

Jennifer Joiner Mahlmann

  • Mix: (makes enough for two smoothies)
    • One container of Greek yogurt
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
    • Handful of blueberries
    • 1 cup of juice (enough to help it blend)
    • Squeeze in 2 packets of Coromega
