A Smoothie To Love

Smoothies...With just this one word, our mouth begins to water. It’s amazing how easily smoothies can be made and how great they are when you’re on the go. If you’re not a smoothie lover – just wait until you see the smoothie we found from’s Cooking For Kids article written by Stephanie Gallagher.

Makes: 2 smoothies

Total Time to Make: 5 minutes

  • 3 cups frozen, unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. pineapple chunks for garnish (optional)

Once you have all your ingredients ready, place them into a smoothie blender and begin blending until ingredients are smooth. After serving, you can garnish the smoothie with pineapple chunks on top.

We think this smoothie is great on it’s own but would also be an excellent host to blend in either 2 teaspoons of our new superfood oil blend, be bright or even one squeeze pouch of our Coromega, Tropical Orange +D!

Give it a try and let us know what you think in the comments section below!
